Reporting to the QSE Manager, we are recruiting a QSE Chief for our Quality, Safety and Environment department who will work at project at Kurdhaji/Azerbaijan

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Ensure application of the QSE system on worksites via QSE visits, handling non-conformities, unsafe situations

Conduct internal audits.

Prepare risk assessments of the operations with the operation team.

Plan and organize quality, safety and environment trainings.

Support the Project Manager regarding quality, safety, environment.

Investigate incidents (accident, near miss, unsafe situations) and prepare root-cause analyses.

Reporting of quality, safety and environment data regularly.

Ensure preparing inspection and test plan(ITP) of the operations and productions, monitor the ITP implementations.

Prepare and distribute visit reports.

Suggest areas for improvement.

Carry out QSE induction of new recruits.

Participate in writing and updating QSE communication materials.

Co-host QSE meetings (e.g. Safety week, quarterly meetings).

Ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality/safety

Min 5 year experience in quality, safety, environment preferably at construction.

Good communication skills.

Can read, write and speak in English.

Knowledge of national legislation.

Have a valid driving license.

No travel restrictions
