• Coordination and technical supervision of construction works in accordance with contract requirements, technical documentation, and project schedules.


• Inspection and verification of the quality of completed works.


• Supervision and coordination of the work of construction personnel and subcontractors.


• Maintaining construction site documentation.


• Cooperation with all parties involved in the construction process.


• Compliance with health and safety (HSE) regulations.


• Polish language is requiered

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation; proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.


• Ability to organize and supervise the work of subordinate employees.


• Quality-oriented approach and ability to independently carry out assigned tasks.


• Willingness to undertake periodic business travel to construction sites executed by Freyssinet Polska.


• Experience in preparing construction cost estimates would be an advantage.
