Sixense Romania is a leading engineering company specializing in infrastructure inspection, monitoring, and testing, with a focus on acoustics, vibrations, geotechnical and foundation soil investigations, and structural expert testing. The company holds ISO certifications and is the only authorized laboratory by the Romanian State Inspectorate for Construction (ISC) dedicated exclusively to structural and geotechnical monitoring and testing. YOUR MISSIONS WITH US:

 

To ensure and continuously improve the quality, safety, and environmental standards of Sixense Romania’s operations, guaranteeing compliance with ISO standards and ISC regulations, thus supporting the company’s mission to optimize and extend the lifespan of the built environment through integrated expertise and innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems (QSEMS) in compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and ISC requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation for ISC laboratory authorization audits and ISO certification renewals.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to construction testing, structural and geotechnical monitoring, and laboratory operations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure testing and monitoring activities meet quality and safety standards.
  • Manage documentation, records, and reporting related to QSE activities, ensuring traceability and transparency.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on QSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify risks and opportunities related to quality, safety, and environmental aspects and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and certification entities to maintain Sixense’s reputation as a trusted and authorized laboratory.

Profile

ARE YOU INTERESTED?

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Professional experience in Quality, Safety, and Environmental management, preferably in construction, geotechnical, or structural monitoring sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO management systems standards and ISC laboratory authorization processes.
  • Experience with laboratory quality assurance and compliance in construction testing.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive attitude towards compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
