You will be based in Bogotá (Colombia) and will travel mainly to South American countries (Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, etc.) and Central American countries (Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Mexico) depending on projects and needs. A potential future development in the United States and Canada may also be anticipated. 
  
What you can expect as a Change manager:   
  
1. Promotion of internal applications: 
- Communicate about all solutions managed by the IT Department for central services (Commercial, HR, HSE, Legal, Communication, etc.) and projects. 
- Write articles for internal media, as well as based on seminars/workshops organized locally. 
2. User assistance: 
- Help users to use and master our applications and report any issues encountered locally to headquarters. 
3. Application configuration and analysis of local needs: 
- Assist in configuring applications according to local needs. 
- Collect requests for improvements expressed by users. 

Profile :  

We are looking for a candidate who: 
You have graduated with a master’s a master's degree (BAC+5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, with a strong interest in project management and change management in an IT environment. A first professional experience in this field is required. 
Has strong interpersonal skills: open-mindedness, curiosity, and the ability to lead and support transformations. 
Can communicate effectively at all levels of the company and ensure buy-in for change. 
You have international experience or is open to international opportunities 
You speak fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus. 
  
Onboarding process: 
When you start, you will spend one month at the Soletanche Freyssinet headquarters before joining the local team in Colombia. 
  
Quick Reminder about the VIE program:  
 
- To participate in the program, you must: 
- Be a European citizen aged 18 to 28 on the date of registration. 
- Hold a degree and have a fluent level of English. 
- Never have participated in a V.I.E program before. 
- Not have previously worked in the host country.
