Our WA business is experiencing exceptional growth, and with a strong pipeline of marine and remedial projects along the WA coastline, we’re expanding our leadership team.



We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of complex, high-value projects ($5M–$20M). This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our growing remedial division while delivering impactful coastal infrastructure projects.
About the Role



In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of large and technically challenging projects  from strategy through to execution and close-out. You’ll be responsible for driving safety, performance, client satisfaction, and profitability, while building strong teams and lasting client relationships.

Profile


  • Leading end-to-end project delivery across marine and remedial works

  • Developing and executing project strategies, programs, and critical path milestones

  • Identifying and managing risks to ensure safe and successful outcomes

  • Championing a zero-harm safety culture across all works

  • Managing client relationships, anticipating needs, and identifying growth opportunities

  • Driving strong commercial performance through cost control and labour efficiency

  • Overseeing contracts, claims, and commercial risk management

  • Leading, mentoring, and empowering project teams and subcontractors

  • Managing procurement and negotiations for labour, materials, and services

  • Supporting innovation and driving continuous improvement onsite

  • Delivering accurate reporting, forecasting, and project performance insights

  • Leading project close-out, ensuring all deliverables and financials are finalise


    What You’ll Bring


  • Degree in Engineering or Construction

  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (highly regarded)

    Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in construction, ideally in a Project Manager or leadership role

  • Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale projects ($5M–$20M)

  • Experience in marine, civil, or remedial projects highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and regulations

  • Commercially astute with strong contract and risk management experience

  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Excellent communication skills confident with clients, teams, and reporting
