In 2022, VINCI Concessions acquired ELISO, a company which plans, implements and operates charging solutions for electric vehicles by offering innovative software and all-around services. Eliso will invest in its charging infrastructures via a dedicated vehicle, the EV Charging Investment Company (ECIC), a 100% affiliate of eliso.

 

VINCI Concessions is now looking for a Senior Commercial & Contract Manager (F/M) for Eliso.

Your tasks with us

As a Senior Commercial & Contract Manager, you are the first point of contact at eliso and VINCI Concessions' project companies for contractual matters with the Federal government or our location partners

  • You work closely with the management team, which includes the managing director of the Deutschlandnetz project.
  • You are responsible for and oversee all contracts that affect the major German network project and, if necessary, renegotiate open issues and conditions.
  • You drive contract management activities towards customers, partners and suppliers
    As part of the management team, you will participate in the development of the business strategy and bring in the legal and commercial perspective.
  • With regular reporting, you keep management up to date on all contractual and commercial project details.
  • Thanks to your foresight, you can keep an eye on potential contract risks early on, but never lose sight of sales opportunities.


In further details, you will:

  • Be on top of the contract and provide reliable and understandable contractual and commercial analysis of the project.
  • Monitor contract obligations in close cooperation especially with the Project Planner, to control the time plan, identify and mitigate risks; and to identify, maximize, and leverage variation order and claim opportunities.
  • Establish a strong relationship with your counterpart on Client side and participate in all relevant Client meetings.
  • Prepare and co-lead (where applicable) contractual and commercial negotiations with external parties.
  • Ensure timely issuance of contractual notices to Client/partners.
  • Establish and implement project specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, insurance, variation requests/orders and claims preparation files.
  • Manage and draft contractual correspondence.
    Develop a commercial strategy based on contractual analysis of the project, to protect, on a daily basis, eliso/VINCI Concessions interests toward Client and partners and suppliers.

Profil

  • You have completed a law/economics degree with a legal focus or comparable training.
  • Thanks to your several years of professional experience in contracting, you have acquired in-depth knowledge in this area.
  • You already have experience in public private partnerships (PPP) or large projects with public clients on the one hand and private contractors on the other.
  • You have very good negotiating skills and strong persuasive skills.
  • When there is a lot of work, you keep an overview, set priorities and remain decisive.
  • Your way of working is proactive and solution-oriented and you are keen to contribute your own ideas.
  • You are able to conduct contract negotiations safely and efficiently in both German and English.
