This is your opportunity to be at the heart of a groundbreaking engineering project, supporting the safe delivery of complex geotechnical works including piling, diaphragm walls, soil mixing, and grouting.

  • Lead incident investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis and organisational learning.

  • Liaise confidently with clients, regulators, and supply chain partners on all H&S matters.

  • Develop and refine project H&S procedures and Safe Systems of Work for high‑risk operations.

  • Deliver leadership engagement tours, audits, and site mentoring to embed safety excellence.

  • Provide competent, current advice on relevant HSE legislation, hazards, and best practice.

Profile

You are a confident communicator with the ability to engage and build strong relationships at every level—from field operatives to senior leaders. You’re passionate about driving cultural change, detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, and determined to continuously innovate and elevate safety standards.
