Description of the assignment

The Program is a structured 28-month rotational initiative designed to provide recent graduates with progressive experience in construction and project management. Participants will gain exposure to multiple assignments across Canada, building the foundation for long-term career growth within our organization. The program starts in April 2026 and 2 positions are available.

What do we value?

Recent University or College graduate in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Flexibility to travel and relocate across Canada as required.
Bilingual English/French is considered an asset but not mandatory.
