Description of the assignment

- Coordinate with Commercial department for preparation, and approval of Operations Budget for Project execution

- Evaluate the accuracy and reliability of cost estimates considered in the Cost study during pre-bidding stage for Major Projects

- Coordinate and align cross functional teams including Operations, Purchase and other stakeholders for preparation of project wise Cost to completion (CTC)

- Prepare, analyze, monitor and report project wise cash flow projections, taking into account project timelines, milestones, payment terms and risk

- Provide accurate and timely updates on project health status based on CTC, and cash flow projections

- Prepare management presentations, analytical reports and other MIS on a periodic basis

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization, standardization, and automation, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Develop dashboards, generate reports, perform extensive data analytics to support Senior Management in decisions by making reference facts and figures readily available

- Spearhead financial due diligence for new businesses and potential partnerships, evaluate financial business implications and ROI from the potential deal

Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required

Profile

8 to 12 years of EPC company experience

Knowledge:

-          High competence in Excel

-          Proficient in Power BI

-          Skill in performing complex numerical calculations and preparing management reports

 

Skills:
-     Effective communication and interpersonal skills

-          Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights

Experience in project cost control, financial analysis, or related roles within the construction industry
