  • Analyse operational trends and bubbler water contamination patterns; assess impact on measurement accuracy.
  • Evaluate Safety Case requirements and compliance obligations (i.e. Best Available Techniques (BAT) Assessments) for stack emissions.
  • Define data requirements for Environment Agency (EA) submissions and ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Audit existing stack monitoring processes.
  • Assess feasibility of developing in-house stack monitoring capability.
  • Prepare detailed reports with recommendations which ensure adherence to UK regulations (EPR, IRR17, Beryllium (COSHH)), EA guidance, and ALARA principles.
  • Incorporate radiological and hazardous material safety considerations (tritium, beryllium) into all assessments.
  • Maintain robust risk management and contamination control measures.
