VINCI Highways is currently looking for a LATAM Business Development Analyst (F/M), based in Sao Paulo.
Reporting to a Project Director and/or Project Managers, you will be involved in project management, particularly in various LATAM countries, notably Brazil, for greenfield bidding projects for new concessions, as well as privatization or asset sales (M&A type) transactions. You will work on coordinating all aspects of the transactions - financial, legal, strategic, technical, operational, public relations...
Our future Analyst responsibilities in this position will be:
- The Analyst will participate in the strategic identification of new investment opportunities and the implementation of the strategy established with top management, both through targeted acquisitions and green field projects.
- In identifying and analyzing new opportunities, the Analyst, in liaison with the Project Directors, will be responsible for conducting preliminary strategic analyses, identifying concrete implementation cases and structuring partnerships.
- During project implementation, the Analyst will be responsible for supporting Project Managers and Directors in all strategic, financial, operational and legal aspects of the projects.
Projects, the vast majority of which are abroad, can range from a few million to several billion euros in construction and operation.
Profil
Graduated from a leading French business school (or international equivalent) (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Dauphine, Sciences Po...) or engineering school (X, Centrale...), but also from a top Brazilian university (Universidade de São Paulo, Universidade Estadual de Campinas, Universidade de Brasília, UFMG, PUC Minas, PUC RIO).
Ideally, your diploma is accompanied by a master’s degree in finance or economics.
You have 1 to 4 years' experience in a position where you have been exposed to business development, project financing, transaction services or M&A, preferably for infrastructure projects.
Dynamic, rigorous, open-minded, ethical, autonomous and organized, you are recognized for your ability to analyze and summarize.
Diplomatic, you enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams in project mode.
You are able to make proposals and provide advice.
This position requires frequent travel.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is imperative, and fluency in another language (Spanish or French) would be highly appreciated.
