Description of the assignment

We're looking for a Support Specialist to join our Website Support team, where you'll be part of first-line support operations, manage website workflows, and ensure seamless communication between users, stakeholders, and technical teams.


Responsabilities:



  • Level 1 support operations;

  • Manage website updates, user requests, and incident resolution;

  • Serve as the communication bridge between users, stakeholders, and technical teams;

  • Align user needs with team priorities and technical requirements;

  • Monitor support performance and ensure service quality;

  • Promote best practices in accessibility, security, and GDPR compliance.

Profile

Requirements and skills:



  • Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;

  • Familiarity with:Incident Management: EasyVista (nice to have);

    • Analytics: Matomo (nice to have);

    • Knowledge of SEO, GDPR, and data privacy regulations;



  • ITIL certification (nice to have);

  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);

  • Adaptability to new contexts and challenges;

  • Team-oriented mindset;

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Proactive problem-solving attitude.
