Description of the assignment

Our brand team brings together around 40 talented people with diverse backgrounds and expertise, including business market support, knowledge management, environment, technical and innovation and communications.

We support our global network of business units by providing strategic guidance, insights, and alignment, while creating opportunities for connection, acting as a catalyst to accelerate the energy transition.

Our main mission is to help our business units develop their offers and facilitate their interactions with the entire Omexom network on an international scale.

As Project Manager in the Business & Market Support team you will work in close collaboration with other Omexom areas of expertise, with our network of Business Units and other entities of the VINCI Energies group

Key responsibilities

Network Animation & Facilitation

  • Act as the contact point on Power Renewables topics.
  • Facilitate steering committees (4–5 times a year), provide guidance and ensure that each committee develops a clear strategy and roadmap.
  • Moderate and structure working groups, international/regional sector-specific clubs, and other decision-making structures.
  • Monitor and follow up on initiatives taken within the network.
  • Serve as the brand representative at national and international conferences, sector fairs, seminars (lobbying actions).
  • Engage the network in participating in key actions/events led by the brand (Internal and external events)

Market Studies, Insights and Offers

  • Lead the yearly business and market & trends report (Panorama) for the Power Renewables Business Line
  • Develop general knowledge of the market, players, and potential partners.
  • Participate in technical clusters, professional associations, trade fairs, and public talks.
  • Carry out market studies to support strategic decision-making.
  • Bring relevant information from the field to the Knowledge Management team.
  • Support Business Units in the construction of relevant offers.
  • Anticipate new business models and assist the network of BUs in offer development.

Transversal collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Innovation & technical, and Environment teams to guide energy sector innovations and environmental strategy.
  • Work closely with the Knowledge Management team in recommending topics and developing the Learning Expedition content
  • Collaborate with Communication team on trade fairs, webinars, forums, conference and all collaterals (brand presentation, business lines on line & off line content, new offers)

Profile

  • Master degree: in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Environmental Engineering or business school.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience - if possible in an international context - in a similar position or as junior Project Manager.
  • Willing to travel in France and abroad
  • Particular interest in the energy sector.
  • Proactive, comfortable in working autonomously and in developing strong working relationship with the team and various stakeholders from different levels of our organization and external partners
  • Good sense of organization, and you have the appropriate skills to act transversally
  • Good organizational skills and have an appetite for technical and business subjects  
  • Like working in an international context
  • Language: English both written and spoken. Speaking French is an undeniable asset for this position. Another language (German, Spanish, Portuguese, …) would be a plus
